As a prenatal yoga teacher, my goal is to create a nurturing space for pregnant women to find community, feel good in their bodies, prepare for childbirth, and deepen their connection to their babies. Yoga reminds us that as pregnant women we are intuitive and incredibly strong. My yoga practice supported me during pregnancy, through the birth of my daughter and it continues to inspire me to be a more patient, caring and conscious mother.

I have studied many types of yoga from ashtanga to iyengar with various yoga teachers and completed several teacher training programs.  I studied with Collette Crawford, one of the top specialists for yoga and pregnancy and I have completed Judith Hanson Lasater’s Relax and Renew program for restorative yoga.

I currently teach Saturday mornings at Pomegranate in San Anselmo from 9:30-11:
