Yoga

As a prenatal yoga teacher, my goal is to create a nurturing space for pregnant women to find community, feel good in their bodies, prepare for childbirth, and deepen their connection to their babies. Yoga reminds us that as pregnant women we are intuitive and incredibly strong. My yoga practice supported me during pregnancy, through the birth of my daughter and it continues to inspire me to be a more patient, caring and conscious mother.  Over the years I have organized and been a contributor to many prenatal yoga teacher trainings and currently teach at the Mindful Body and the JCC.

I have studied many types of yoga from ashtanga to iyengar with various yoga teachers and completed several teacher training programs.  I studied with Collette Crawford, one of the top specialists for yoga and pregnancy and I have completed Judith Hanson Lasater’s Relax and Renew program for restorative yoga.  I currently continue my studies with my teacher Tony Briggs. 

Thursday at the Mindful Body – 6-7:30
Friday at the JCC – 5:15-6:30

Private classes: 
$125 for a 1.25 hour class
$550 for a series of 5
